<h2>What is Isabelle?</h2>

Isabelle is a popular generic theorem proving environment
developed at Cambridge University (<a
href="http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/users/lcp/">Larry Paulson</a>)
and TU Munich (<a href="http://www.in.tum.de/~nipkow/">Tobias
