- check HTML header of library;
- check ML sources: isabelle build -nal;
- run isabelle update_keywords;
- check ANNOUNCE, README, NEWS, COPYRIGHT, CONTRIBUTORS;
- check funny base directory, e.g. "Test 中国";
- diff NEWS wrt. last official release, which is read-only;
